Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Coordinator -
AV.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technician scheduling for remote and onsite support,
installation services, and project execution
Oversee product orders and resource allocation for installation
projects
Coordinate with various teams to resolve escalations and ensure
consistent service delivery
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and 2 years of experience in
dispatch/coordination/project management or equivalent
experience
Understanding of IT terminology and PSA ticketing systems
Knowledge of IT service delivery principles, including incident and
change management
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is
preferred
